Therapy for Adults
Who I Work With and How
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, workplace stress, family conflict, self-esteem, emotional regulation, boundary setting, and communication. Many of my clients are also in the process of exploring neurodivergence, including late-identified ADHD and autism, which is work I genuinely love to support and affirm.
What Sessions Feel Like
The relationship we build together is the foundation of the work. You can expect me to be warmly direct, curious, and supportive. I use conversation and inquiry to help you understand the patterns behind what you're experiencing, and then we work collaboratively on what to do about them.
A big part of what I do is help clients learn to accept and relate to their emotions rather than fight them, so that those emotions stop getting in the way at work, in relationships, and in daily life.
I also bring creativity into sessions when it fits. Expressive approaches like art and sandtray have a way of reaching parts of our experience that words alone sometimes can't touch.
Areas I Commonly Work With
Anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, workplace stress, family conflict, boundary difficulties, communication, and neurodivergence including ADHD and autism.
